This stunning planter arrived well ahead of estimated delivery. It was ordered as a leaving gift for a colleague and the seller kindly agreed to insert a little note from us with the planter. Beautiful, personalised finish. The size and colours were perfect, exactly as described. Jackie’s customer service was second to none. Jackie was a superstar, she went above and beyond! She spotted straight away that the gift was for our wedding anniversary and sent a note to say she was going to try her hardest to send in time for the date (with CV19, I had dropped the ball on planning my gift!). She kept in communication all the way through, and the finish on the planter is beautiful. It actually arrived a day early (so I could wrap it). My husband loves it, and so do I! The fire pit is absolutely stunning, great value for money. The personalisation is perfect. The supplier kept in touch throughout from order to delivery (on time) and the fire pit which was a present for our daughter exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely delighted with it.
