Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can order online or by telephone.

Q. How much does delivery cost?

A. Our delivery is free of charge to UK mainland destinations. Please contact us for cost of delivery to other destinations.

Q. Will I be charged VAT?

A. Yes, all prices are retail and therefore under UK regulations must include value added tax at the current rate.

Q. Can you deliver anywhere in the UK and Europe?

A. Yes, provided you have a UK postal code or a valid European address, we are able to deliver.

Q. Do you ship to countries outside of the UK?

A. Yes, we can ship products outside of the UK but the price will depend on a number of factors. As such, we do not accept international orders online; however we are happy to discuss your requirements over the phone or by e-mail. Please call our Sales Team between Monday – Friday (9am – 4:30pm) or e-mail info@precious-design.co.uk at any time.

Q.  How long will my order take?

A. Provided the item is in stock we will despatch overnight for next day delivery. If we have to manufacture, then the lead time is 5-7 days.

Q. How much is a custom made planter?

A. Bespoke items are priced individually and the price is dependent upon materials and fabrication requirements. We are more than happy to discuss your requirements and provide a quotation in advance.

Q. Do the planters come with drainage holes?

A. At the ordering process you will be asked if drainage holes are required.

Q. Are the planters suitable for inside use too?

A. Yes, if you select not to include drainage holes.

Q. Can you make any shape?

A. Many things are possible in the sheet metal fabrication process and if you have a particular shape in mind, we are delighted to discuss the possibilities with you.
